Saturday November 2, 2024 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday November 3, 2024 1:00pm - 5:00pm (advance appointment only - no services/labor available)
Monday November 4, 2024 8:00am - 6:00pm
All booths must be installed by 6pm, Monday, November 4. No exceptions
Booth Dismantle
Thursday November 7, 2024 2:30pm - 6:30pm
Friday November 8, 2024 8:00am - 11:00am
Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for the pick up of their freight unless you are using the show decorator for your outbound shipping. If you are using any other carrier (including UPS or Federal Express), it is your responsibility to make pick-up arrangements.
ALL FREIGHT THAT IS NOT PICKED UP BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8 by 11 A.M. WILL BE REROUTED VIA THE OFFICIAL SHOW DECORATOR/CONTRACTOR (Shepard). ALL FREIGHT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER BY 11 A.M., NOVEMBER 8, 2024. PLEASE REFER TO THE SHEPARD DECORATING MANUAL FOR MATERIAL HANDLING FORMS AND ALL FREIGHT INSTRUCTIONS.

- SHEPARD - Booth Rentals & Design (carpet, furniture, structures), Material Handling, Shipping, Labor
- NMR - Audio/Visual Rentals Order form can be found in the Exhibitor Decororating Manual listed under Additional Services
- Tampa Convention Center - Electrical (via Edlen Electrical), Gas, Water, Internet, Catering links will be available in the Exhibitor Decorating Manual anticipated to be launched September 2024.
