The “You-Are-Here” floor plan kiosk prominently located near the exhibition main entrance, with your booth highlighted and promotional material distributed.

Conference Pens - $2,500

Sponsoring the pens with the organization’s name, logo, etc. guarantees you will be in the hands of all participants at the show. Sponsor to produce and ship to AVS.

Conference Notepads - $2,500

Sponsoring notepads with the organization’s name, logo, etc. guarantees you will be in front of all participants throughout the show. Sponsor to produce and ship to AVS.

Aisle Sign Sponsorship - $2,800
