Exhibitor Parking

  • Exhibitors will receive their parking pass allotment in their check-in packet when they arrive.
  • You MUST show this parking pass each time you enter the fairgrounds on event days.
  • There is an $10 facility charge per vehicle for events at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center. Cash and credit cards are accepted..
  • Exhibitor Parking is located between the Indiana Arts Bldg & N.W. Pavillion ... behind the Exhibitor Booths.

Trailer Parking

  • Exhibitor trailer parking is allowed behind your booth, space permitting.
  • All trailers must be moved out no later than Sunday, September 17 at 10pm
