Yes. Exhibitors are not allowed to use their booth as a way to advertise their company without having a product to sell in their booth. Exhibitors may not just display services or company advertising.

  • No food or beverages* may be sold by an Exhibitor without prior approval of Show Management.
    • Food or beverage* items must come from a certified kitchen (not home cooked).
    • Food or beverage* items must not be intended for immediate consumption.
    • Food or beverage* items must be pre-packaged/sealed.
    • No food or beverage* sampling allowed.
    • No cooking onsite.

Items prohibited from being sold by Exhibitors at the Indiana State Fairgrounds: Popcorn, ice cream, soda, water, sport and energy drinks, coffee, tea, lemonade, hot chocolate.

  • Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • MOVE IN: Check in is Friday before the event between 2:00pm and 9:00pm.
    • You must be checked in by 9:00pm Friday night or you lose your space with no refund.
  • MOVE OUT: Move out will be Sunday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm.
    • Exhibitors must clean their booth by removing trash and empty boxes.
    • Teardown is NOT permissible during show hours. DO NOT TEAR DOWN EARLY!

  1. Each booth will be approximately 10’x10’ or as noted on layout.
  2. Each booth will be divided from the adjoining booths by floor markings.
  3. NO ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOOTH SPACE (INCLUDING CHAIRS)
  4. LINE OF SITE RULE: The first 3 feet of your booth space may not contain any items taller than 4 feet. The intent of this rule is to prevent blocking of booth spaces from the sight line of customers. Bonnier Events will be the final judge of what is acceptable. ONLY TENT FRAMES ALLOWED. NO CANOPIES.
  5. The distribution of religious or political information is prohibited. Under no circumstances may leaflets or brochures be passed out or posted which conflict with THE GARAGE SALE rules.
  6. No food or beverages may be sold by an Exhibitor without prior approval of management nor can food or beverage be brought into the GARAGE SALE.
  7. The sale or possession of any firearms, ammunition, tasers/stun guns or explosives is strictly prohibited. (This includes but is not limited to large knives (over 8"), swords, airsoft guns and pistols.)
  8. No animals allowed. No helium balloons.
  9. No pornographic materials will be allowed to be sold or displayed in any way.
  10. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or brought into the building.
  11. Stereos or other items allowing amplification must be kept at a volume that does not disturb other Exhibitors.
  12. All booths must be staffed during show hours.
  13. No smoking during show hours except in designated areas.
  14. By signing this agreement, Exhibitor will not knowingly violate any copyrighted trademark statutes with respect to items sold or displayed in Exhibitor’s booth.
  15. We forbid Exhibitors to use their booth as a way to advertise their company without having a product to sell in their booth. Exhibitors may not just display services or company advertising.

VIOLATERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Exhibitor Passes and (1) Parking Pass must be picked up at the show office during Exhibitor check-in.

  • Exhibitors receive up to four (4) Exhibitor Passes PER EXHIBITOR (not per booth).
    • Additional Exhibitor Passes may be purchased at the show office for $5.00 each.
  • Exhibitors receive ONE (1) Parking Pass PER EXHIBITOR (not per booth).
    • Parking for additional vehicles is $10/day purchased at the gate of the fairgrounds.

No food or beverages may be brought into the GARAGE SALE. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the building.
  1. BRING SUFFICIENT CHANGE! Show management, concessionaires and building cannot provide any.
  2. Do not leave your booth unattended.
  3. If you plan to sell clothing, bring a hanging rack. Remember that you must keep everything within your booth space.
  4. Please be sure to bring bags for your customers.
  5. Chairs are not provided but can be rented ahead of time.

As an exhibitor, you may be solicited by one or more fraudulent companies seeking your information or money. We work with approved vendors only and we do not sell our attendee lists.
