Event Hours, Move-In and Move-Out

Move-In Schedule
Thursday, September 9 | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday, September 10 | 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (all exhibitors)
Friday, September 10 | 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (outdoor vehicle displays only)

Move-Out Schedule*
Sunday, September 12 | 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

*Exhibitor tear-down cannot begin prior to 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 12 and exhibitors must wait for the ALL CLEAR from show management before any carts, boxes, or vehicles are moved from booth spaces.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) (Required) >>
Deadline: September 3, 2021

A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required from each exhibitor as follows:

  • All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance
  • Vendors will not be permitted to set-up without proof of insurance
  • Certificate holder listed as: Bonnier Corporation, 480 N Orlando Ave., Ste. 236, Winter Park, FL 32789

Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) - Arizona Sales Tax
Deadline: September 3, 2021

If you are an exhibitor that will be conducting retail sales, an out of state vendor taking orders or conducting any other activity that will generate a sales tax liability you will need to obtain your City Sales Tax License PRIOR to the event.
