Certificate of Insurance (COI) Required

Does your company already have business insurance?

1. If Yes:

Send the details below to your insurance agent so they can prepare your COI, below they will find the correct criteria and language that your Certificate of Insurance (COI) needs to provide:

  • All Exhibitors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance
  • Description Section: [Company Name, Booth Number], Off-Road Expo Arizona 2022, Bonnier LLC and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates, City of Phoenix, U.S Bureau of Reclamation and their agents, officers, directors, and employees named as additional insured.
  • Certificate Holder listed as: Bonnier LLC, 517 N. Virginia Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789

2. If No:


Your company and any outside contractors you hire for the event will be subject to responsibility for claims arising out of the use of the premises of the Phoenix Raceway in the City of Phoenix, AZ. The Phoenix Raceway requires your company and any outside contractors that you hire agree to obtain and maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance during the use of the premises. Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit, $2,000,000 in the aggregate for General Liability and $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Off-Road Expo Arizona 2022, Bonnier LLC and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates, City of Phoenix, U.S Bureau of Reclamation and their agents, officers, directors, and employees shall be named as additional insured. Your company and any outside contractors that you hire shall supply Bonnier Corp. Exhibitor Services (exhibitorservices@bonniercorp.com) with Certificates of Insurance (COI) prior to September 1, 2022.

Exhibitors and their contractors assume responsibility and agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the Off-Road Expo, Bonnier LLC and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates, Phoenix Raceway, the City of Avondale, Bureau of Reclamation and their agents, officers, directors, and employees, from any and all claims, causes of action and suit accruing or resulting from any damages, injury or loss to any person or persons, including all persons to whom the Exhibitor may be liable under any Workers’ Compensation law and Exhibitor himself/herself and from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits for damages including but not limited to loss of property, goods, wares or merchandise caused by, arising out of or in any way connected with the exercise by Exhibitor of the privileges herein granted.

Exhibitors and their contractors understand that neither the Off-Road Expo, Bonnier LLC and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates, nor the Phoenix Raceway, The City of Phoenix, Bureau of Reclamation and their agents, officers, directors, and employees, maintain insurance covering the exhibitor’s property and it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

 

Any Exhibitor who does not provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
to Show Management will not be allowed to move into the show.
