Badge Registration, Hotel Reservations, and General Admission Tickets

Exhibitor Badge Registration (Required) >> ONSITE ONLY (after 9/30)
Deadline: September 30, 2021

  • Badges are limited to staff/employees that are working in exhibit booths only

Complimentary Badge Allotments Per Booth:

  • 100 sq. ft. = 4 badges
  • 200 sq. ft. = 6 badges
  • 300 sq. ft.  = 8 badges
  • 400 sq. ft. = 10 badges
  • 500 sq. ft. = 12 badges
  • 600 sq. ft. = 14 badges
  • 800 sq. ft. (or more) = 15 badges

The max number of complimentary badges per booth, based on size, is 15
Additional badges are available for purchase, $20 each

Onsite Fee for Additional Badges, $25 each

  • If you would like to invite friends, family, or clients to attend the show (outside of your booth), general admission tickets can be purchased.
  • We encourage purchasing these tickets in advance for the discounted rates as rates increase onsite

We have discounted rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport, located directly adjacent to the Ontario Convention Center (walking distance).
