General Exposition Services, Inc. has been chosen as the official Service Contractor for the upcoming 2023 Open Season Sportsman's Expo Wisconsin to be held at Wisconsin Dells - Kalahari Resort & Convention Center on March 24-26, 2023.

*If you have large equipment that requires unique unloading needs, please contact General Exposition Services in advance to discuss move-in. If your booth setup requires the use of a forklift, please contact General Exposition Services in advance to set up a time for forklift use. There is discount pricing for advance orders. You may order forklift service on-site, but wait times will be longer and onsite rates will apply.
**Tables and chairs are not included with booth space rental but are available to rent from General Exposition Services or you may bring your own. On-site rental rates apply after the discount deadline date.

Electrical and internet* services are available to order through the Kalahari Convention Center:
Complimentary Wi-Fi in all meeting spaces, exhibition areas and common areas. Internet bandwidth speeds up to 1GB throughout resort, with capacity to increase to 10GB with advance order.
