Display space is assigned at the discretion of Show Management based upon a number of varying factors, including arrival time, venue conditions, payment date, etc. There is no guarantee on booth location.

PAYMENT

Payment made within 15 days prior to the event must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier’s check, and payable to: Bonnier Corporation. No exceptions.

INSURANCE

If you have not yet submitted your Certificate of Liability Insurance, please note the following: All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance and it must name “Bonnier Corporation and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates as additional insureds.” Certificate holder listed as: Bonnier Corporation, 480 N Orlando Ave #236, Winter Park, FL 32789. Please e-mail to Exhibitor Services Team, or bring on-site. Vendors will not be permitted to set-up without proof of this insurance.
