- Exhibitors will be listed in the online Exhibitor Directory with booth number, company description, website url and social media page links.
- The floor plan and Exhibitor Directory will be promoted and available for spectators to view before and during the show.
- Be sure to review and update your company information in your Exhibitor Portal to ensure the correct information is shared.

- Get your brand in front of thousands of sand and off-road enthusiasts by offering your product for our door prize and stage giveaway program at the 2023 Sand Sports Super Show.
- By contributing prizes and/or certificates (for your services and products), your company will be promoted several times each day from the stage.
- Contributors will also receive logo exposure on our website and a dedicated social media post. To receive pre-show promotion complete the form linked above no later than September 8th.
- Prizes must be dropped off during exhibitor move-in on Thursday, September 14th to Bonnier Staff at the Show Office inside The Hangar (Building 18).
