Each attendee receives a Passport Game Card upon arrival. To complete the game, they must visit 55 exhibit booths in the expo hall and collect a stamp and 5 answers to an engagement question. Once their card is complete, they submit it for a chance to win a complimentary registration at the 2027 Annual Conference and Expo and three nights’ lodging at the event hotel.

CUPA-HR’s concurrent sessions are among the most popular features of the Annual Conference, drawing attendees eager for practical insights and innovative strategies. Each sponsorship includes a set of at least five sessions, giving your company high visibility through multiple time blocks and across a wide range of attendees.

Once the conference concurrent sessions are selected, CUPA-HR will email a list of sponsorable sessions to collect sponsor's preference. All sessions are then assigned to accomodate as many preferences as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE

None of the sessions in your block will include presenters from other corporate partners. For those sponsors who might have had a session selected for presentation at the conference, those sessions will automatically be credited to you as a session sponsor.

CUPA-HR’s Annual Conference Microsession offers a 15-minute opportunity to convey a topic in a condensed timeframe. You could use this opportunity to highlight a product, service or best practice that will benefit conference attendees. Successful sessions are built to offer quick, but valuable education. Presentation space features seating for 60 attendees with standing room available. Microsession presentations will be offered during conference break times and will not conflict with keynote or concurrent session presentation times.
