CUPA-HR will design and produce a Choose Your Own Adventure Book for our attendees. The piece will be created as a tool attendees can use to plan their conference engagement.

With the Hotel Door Drop Sponsorship, your company’s message will be delivered directly to attendees’ hotel rooms, ensuring your brand is one of the first they see as they start their day. This high-visibility opportunity puts your promotional item, brochure, or special offer right into the hands of higher ed HR professionals. Whether you want to share a thoughtful welcome gift, highlight a new product, or invite attendees to visit your booth, the door drop creates a personal, memorable touchpoint that drives awareness and engagement.

The sponsor is responsible for providing the CUPA-HR pre-approved collateral piece or giveaway item. CUPA-HR will provide the correct quantity, shipping information and deadlines. CUPA-HR will oversee the logistical preparations directly with the conference hotel.

CUPA-HR’s passport game is a dynamic Exhibit Hall experience designed to drive traffic, spark conversations, and maximize visibility for our corporate partners. Each attendee receives a Passport Game Card upon arrival. To complete the game, they must visit 55 exhibit booths in the expo hall and collect a stamp and 5 answers to an engagement question. Once their card is complete, they submit it for a chance to win a complimentary registration at the 2027 Annual Conference and Expo and three nights’ lodging at the event hotel.
