Florida Antique Bucket Brigade
We are the Florida Antique Bucket Brigade and consist of a statewide group of individuals, some fire apparatus owners, some collectors of fire memorabilia and tradition and fire service enthusiasts who love to get together and talk fire apparatus. Not only do we talk, but many of our members still own fire apparatus spanning an era from the early hand drawn days to fire apparatus that could still serve a small department today. We have several fire departments and museums that also belong to our club. Some of these rigs are restored and some are still in original condition and running condition and participate in parades, shows and pumping contests in various activities each year. our favorite activity is the fire muster which has become a celebration of firefighting, its apparatus and history and tradition. We have four quarterly meetings a year which are held in various geographical regions throughout Florida.
