EACH 10' x 10' booth space is $2,000 for RCAT Members and $3,000 for NON-Members. ONLY RCAT Members are able to purchase two (2) or more 10' x 10' booth spaces. ONLY event Sponors are able to purchase three (3) or more 10' x10' booth spaces. Four (4) or more 10' x 10' spaces purchased together recieve a discounted (see complete details in registration form).

BOOTH SPACES CLOSEST TO THE ENTRACE AND IMMEDIATELY AROUND THE LOUNGE AREA ARE RESERVED FOR SPONSORS ONLY.

Each 10' x 10' booth space includes two (2) badges for booth personnel. Additional badges for each person are $40 each. Tickets to the RCAT Annual Business and Awards Luncheon are not included with the purchase of exhibit space but they may be purchased during registration or prior to the event.

INSTALLATION & DISMANTLE
Displays may be set up starting on Wednesday October 4, 2023: Large equipment and islands only will be loaded 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM with a prior reservation for early move in. All others from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Setup time on Thursday October 5, 2023 is from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. All exhibits must be set and ready before the Trade Show Grand Opening at 1:00 PM. The hotel cannot accept shipments in advance; all shipments must be coordinated with Freeman Decorating (214) 634-1463. Dis-mantle of displays may commence AFTER 2:00 PM on Friday October 6, 2023 and must be completed by 6:00 PM. Early dismantle constitutes a breach of contract and requires the exhibitor to pay for the distraction to the exhibits (See Exhibitor Brochure for Rules and Regulations).
