• Cancellation after Friday, 15 December 2023:  100% penalty of monies paid/due (no refunds).

• Downsize on/before Friday, 15 December 2023:  10% downsize penalties are TBD based on relocation and resizing details.

• Downsize after Friday, 15 December 2023: 100% downsize penalties are TBD based on relocation and resizing details.
