GasTOPS Inc. (GTI) is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. GasTOPS provides technical solutions for machinery diagnostics, prognostics, and health monitoring through the application of advanced fluid measurement and analysis technologies. These solutions enable Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Prognostics and Predictive Maintenance (PPMx), and have been successfully applied to critical assets in the aviation, defense, power generation, marine, and transportation industries.
Together with our partners, we have deployed over 10,000 onboard sensors with over 10 million operating hours since 1995 including systems on Pratt and Whitney’s F119, F135, and Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) engines. Our offboard system, ChipCHECK, was recently selected by the US Air Force to provide analytical debris classification and analysis for the F110 engine family for both US and FMS customers.
