    Saturday     November 4       2:00 p.m. - 5:00pm
    Sunday       November 5       1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.(Advance appointment only - no services available)
    Monday      November 6        8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Booths must be set up by 6 pm (no set up on Tuesday)

Booth Dismantle
    Thursday     November   9         2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
    Friday          November 10         8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for the pick up of their freight unless you are using the show decorator for your outbound shipping. If you are using any other carrier (including UPS or Federal Express), it is your responsibility to make pick-up arrangements.

ALL FREIGHT THAT IS NOT PICKED UP BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10 by 11 A.M. WILL BE REROUTED VIA THE OFFICIAL SHOW DECORATOR/CONTRACTOR (Shepard). ALL FREIGHT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER BY 11 A.M., NOVEMBER 10, 2023.
