Since 1985 PVT Plasma und Vakuum Technik GmbH is a leading manufacturer of industrial and R&D PVD coating equipment for wear-, and erosion-resistant coatings, such as nano-structured single - and multilayers TiN, Ti(C,N), TiAlN, AlTiN, AlCrN and Si – and/or B - doped coatings by arc-evaporation (HiParc) for the cutting tool, automotive and aircraft industry. HiPIMS V+ and dc-pulsed magnetron-sputtering are used for tribological DLC - coatings, but also for super-smooth, ultra-dense hard coatings for any kind of wear-resistant applications.
