Camping Reservations

Camping spots are very limited and it is not possible for us to accommodate all exhibitors with a spot.

Rate: $150.00 per campsite at the Phoenix Raceway for the weekend (prepaid at the time of reservation).
Move-in: Campsite access begins at 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 13, 2022
Move-out: Campsites must be vacated on Sunday, October 16, 2022 after the show has concluded.

• Camping reservations must be made no later than Thursday, October 15th. Camping reservations are not available onsite.
• There are no refunds for cancelled or unused reservations.
• There will be water and power hookups. There is no sewer available, no waste water dumping..
• Each reserved marked camping space is for 1 camping unit and 1 tow vehicle. Pop-up tents are permitted in each camping space in addition to the camping unit but cannot be larger than 10x20.
• Pets are permitted in the campground only and must be leashed/controlled at all times. Pets are NOT permitted inside the show grounds or through the pedestrian gates of the venue.
• Camping reservations do not grant you access to the Off-Road Expo. Everyone staying in the campgrounds who enters the show will need either an Exhibitor Credential or a Spectator Ticket.
