Wi-Fi is included with your booth rental. Hardwired internet must be ordered in advance through Sandhills Global Event Center. The order form can be found in your Exhibitor Hub Task list.

Heavy equipment or materials must be carrierd or moved in/out on wheels. Equipment may not be dragged, skidded, or rolled over floors. 

Vehicles are to have no more than 10% of fuel tank capacity or 5 gallons, whichever is less. All fuel caps must be sealed or locked, batteries disconnected and ignition keys removed.

No spray painting or use of tire protectants/cleaners are allowed. Use of such products will result in an assess for damage/replacement of carpet or floor cleaning at a minimum $300 fine for damage.

Arrangements have been made with the Sandhills Global Event Center to receive all shipments, thus insuring delivery to your booth at the proper time. This service includes receiving freight at the event center and delivering to your booth. Empty crates will be returned to your booth at the close of the Expo and crated freight will be removed from your booth and shipped as directed. Current rates will be available on the Sandhills Global Event Center portal.

Yes! Log back into the booth confirmation site here and choose 'My Account' from the top menu bar to view and pay invoices online. Use your Company Password to access this site.
Sandhills Global Event Center will assist with your return shipping. Shipments must be properly packaged and labeled for outbound shipping and left in your booth space for pick up. Please ensure all carrier outgoing paperwork is complete. 

Sandhills Global Event Center will receive freight up to 10 days prior to the start of the expo. Event Center staff will deliver shipments to your booth.

Yes, with proper security notifications. Please call Sandhills Global Event Center at 402.441.6545 to inform them of your intent to drop off large equipment ahead of moving in. Equipment staging begins on Thursday, December 5.

Yes, weather permitting, pressure washing is available Sunday and Monday.

Trailers can be parked in the area along Havelock Ave., Northeast of TractorHouse Pavilion. Parking in other lots during the expo is prohibited.
Move in information will be sent approximately 30 days prior to the start of the Expo. All move in and prep must be completed by 6:00 pm on Monday prior to the opening of the expo on Tuesday morning.
Expo staff will facilitate move in forklifting beginning at 10:30 am on December 6, and during move out. To arrange forklifting service after the expo, please call Sandhills Global Event Center at 402.441.6545 (a service fee will apply).
