Throttle valves, 2-20″ (NW-50 to 500 mm ISO); Rectangular Port valves up to 60 inches (1500 mm); Pirani & Diaphragm gauges 10-5 to 1500 Torr; Diaphragm Manometers 20 mTorr to 1000 Torr; Rotary Vane pumps with 2 yr. warranty, 1.5 to 64 CFM, 50 to 1800 l/min., 3 to 108 m3/hr.
