From premium ultra-high purity vacuum systems and components, to ozone generators, RF systems, microwave systems, exhaust scrubbers and more, we bring a broad array of solutions. We are also a provider of service and overhaul for variety of critical systems and sub-systems, including pumps, robotics, power systems, etc.
We also provide custom designed UHP fluid delivery systems for tool gas box, valve manifold box, gas cabinet panels and cross over panels.
With our deep understanding of semiconductor processes, we are adept at providing new, and overhauling existing, process equipment and systems, regardless of who manufactured them.
