Korvus Technology manufactures highly modular high-vacuum PVD systems. The HEX Series is designed to have a uniquely "open-frame architecture", which allows easy upgrades and cleaning. Additionally, standard aluminium panels can be detached from the vacuum chamber and replaced with customised panels, allowing users complete autonomy over the geometry and instruments within their chamber.
