Yoga Fitness Breaks
Unwind, stretch out and relax with a 20 minute yoga fitness break courtesy of Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes. Yoga Instructor, Abbie Dutterer, will guide you through a low intensity class that will aim to relieve the tension in your wrists, shoulders and lower back while strengthening your core. Sunsweet will provide yoga mats and towels. Both business and casual attire, can be worn during class. Build better bones for a stronger you with yoga and prunes.
