CHECK-IN & MOVE-IN

Exhibitors will receive their move-in packets at Exhibitor Check-in Tent

Enter through GATE 6 off Fall Creek Parkway

The packets include:

Staff Booth Badges, Staff Booth Parking Passes, Move-in & Move-out Info & any sponsorship related materials if you are a sponsoring exhibitor
Rigs ONLY (Booth Space 80x30 or Larger)
Wednesday, September 15    12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Open to All Booths to Move-In
Thursday, September 16  8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Display space is assigned is subject to change at the discretion of Show Management based upon a number of varying factors, which can include: arrival time, venue conditions, payment date, etc. There is no guarantee on booth location. If an earlier move-in time is needed, you must request this through Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@bonniercorp.com. We will do our best to accommadate, but it is not guaranteed your request will be approved.

PAYMENT

Payment made within 15 days prior to the event must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier’s check, and payable to: Bonnier Corporation. No exceptions.

If you have not yet submitted your Certificate of Liability Insurance, please note the following:

  • All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance and it must name “Bonnier Corporation and their subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates as additional insureds.”
