Any exhibitor who will be conducting retail sales, out of state exhibitors taking orders, or conducting any other activity that will generate a sales tax liability, you are required by the Arizona Dept. of Revenue to obtain your City Sales Tax License prior to the event.
To update your business account, please visit AZTaxes.gov. After you log in, select View for the TPT account, select Account Update and then select View/Update Locations(s) to add/remove the required business code and region code Scottsdale (SC) to update your license.
