Event Hours, Move-In and Move-Out
MOVE-IN SCHEDULE*
Targeted Move-In/Out Schedule - All Rigs
Outdoor booths will be on a targeted move-in and move-out schedule.
Wednesday, October 6
9:00 am - 12:00 pm | Lot C1 ONLY
12:00 - 6:00 pm | Lot B1 ONLY
Thursday, October 7
9:00 am - 6:00 pm
*30-minute time limit for vehicle unloading.
Friday, October 8
9:00 am - 4:00 pm (All Exhibitors)
5:00 - 6:00 pm (Display Vehicles Only)
MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE**
Sunday, October 10
4:00 pm | Staging Lanes Open, Line Begins - North Annex
5:00 pm | Show Closes
5:00 - 5:45 pm | Security Sweep for All Clear - NO MOVEMENT until all clear by Police Dept.
5:45 | Display Vehicles to Begin Move-Out
5:45 - 11:00 pm | All exhibitors and vehicles allowed (as space permits)
- All vehicles require a driver at all times.
- 30 min. time limit for vehicle unloading/loading.
- Access times in staging lanes are dependent on space availability near exhibit space. Not all vehicles in lanes will be allowed access at the same time.
**Exhibitor tear-down cannot begin prior to show close (5:00 pm) on Sunday, October 10 and exhibitors must wait for the ALL CLEAR from local PD before any carts, boxes, or vehicles are moved from booth spaces.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) (Required) >>
Deadline: September 30, 2021
A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required from each exhibitor as follows:
- All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance
- Vendors will not be permitted to set-up without proof of insurance
- Certificate holder listed as: Bonnier Corporation, 480 N Orlando Ave., Ste. 236, Winter Park, FL 32789
- Additional Insureds: Off-Road Expo California and Ontario Convention Center, 2000 Convention Center Way, Ontario, CA 91764
