TechNext predicts long term improvement rates of technologies, helping users understand how much better a technology will get over time (for e.g. how much lower will be the cost of Li-ion iron phosphate batteries in 5 years?)
Our product is a culmination and continuation of 20 years of research at MIT. Current approaches based on learning curves require pain-staking, manual data collection which takes several months and then requires expert technology modeling skills to create models of technology improvement and adoption. Often large corporations hire consultancy companies or fund multi-million dollar, multi-year projects at research centers for single technology fields. We can do this at a fraction of cost and time.
