Who we are
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is the world’s largest fusion company. We’re nearing completion of SPARC, the world’s first commercial fusion device, which will generate first plasma in 2026 and demonstrate net carbon-free energy shortly thereafter. Commercial fusion energy is enabled by high-temperature superconducting tape, which CFS uses to build its magnets used in its fusion power plants.
