PNNL will be demonstrating PolicyAI which uses large language models (LLMs) to democratize AI for improving NEPA permitting outcomes and efficiencies. PNNL will also be presenting on Research at the Frontiers of AI for Science, Security and Technology, delivered by the Director of the Center for AI @PNNL. The Center is driving a research agenda that explores the foundations and emerging frontiers of artificial intelligence , combining capability development and application to mission areas in science, security and energy resilience. The Center includes pillars in fundamental research, applied and trustworthy AI to operations, and access to workforce development and world-class infrastructure. The Center plays a pivotal role in coordinating institutional AI partnerships and outreach, integration, and communications, making PNNL the go-to Laboratory for AI science, security, and engineering.
