ez-gSEAL 100B Pressure Controller with iPod Touch as Its Remote Control
The ez-gSEAL 100B Pressure Controller is a versatile device designed primarily for automated patch clamping, although it can also be used for many other applications. This state-of-the-art pressure controller builds on the success of our 100A model and includes many new features and enhancements. With the ez-gSEAL pressure controller, patch clamping is as easy as a simple click of a button. The ez-gSEAL 100B pressure controller can be used in combination with our ezPATCH 100A smart manipulator, PatchMAX 100B automated patch clamp system, ChannelMAX 100A Mini automated dual clamp system, or ChannelMAX 100A Twin automated quad clamp system to enable fully automated patch clamp experiments. Alternatively, it can be used as a stand-alone product on a traditional rig. In addition to patch clamping, the ez-gSEAL pressure controller can be used for puffing drugs or studying stretch channels. The software-controlled pressure controller includes pumps, eliminating the need for air tanks. With the new iNBSController, pressure can be controlled using an iPod Touch, providing even greater flexibility and ease of use.
