The AD Knowledge Portal provides access to data, analyses, and tools produced by the NIA's Alzheimer's Disease Translational Research Program, including data and protocols generated by the AMP-AD and MODEL-AD consortia. MODEL-AD is developing new mouse models of LOAD based on targets identified in human genetics studies and by other AMP-AD affiliated consortia. Also accessible via the Knowledge Portal is Agora, an interactive results explorer which hosts a curated list of genes nominated as nascent AD targets. The Knowledge Portal and Agora are developed and maintained by Sage Bionetworks. MODEL-AD is a collaboration between Indiana University, The Jackson Laboratory, and UCI.
