Prospective Instruments is a manufacturer of Multimodal Multi-Photon Microscopes and femtosecond lasers. The startup is based in Dornbirn (A) & Regensdorf (CH). Founded by Dr. Lukas Krainer it started operations in 2019. In addition to its devices, the company offers an in-house Imaging Service with a variety of microscope techniques (e.g. Light-Sheet, FLIM, Widefield Fluorescence with automated Slide-Loader, etc).
Prospective’s main goal is to provide the research and clinical community with turn-key, flexible, modular and highly compact devices. All researchers, scientists and clinicians should have access to high quality, affordable multimodal microscopes and femtosecond lasers.
MPX -Series: Two-Photon Microscope with integrated femtosecond laser, upright, inverted and rotation in seconds, transportable, easy-to use.
MPC-Series: Three-Photon Microscope with external femtosecond laser
FSX-Series: Tunable Femtosecond Laser, Tuning range 830-950nm and fixed 1040nm, <130fs, 100 MHz, others on request
