Meadowlark Optics designs and manufactures standard and custom liquid crystal on silicon spatial light modulators (SLMs) for biomedical research. With many models available, our products can accommodate all requirements from low price points for novel early-stage research, to the highest speed and resolution commercially available for immediate shipment. With speeds approaching 1 kHz, our SLMs are used for volumetric imaging with Bessel beams, calcium imaging, photoactivation, deep tissue imaging, light sheet microscopy, real-time aberration correction, and super-resolution imaging. Meadowlark also offers a wide range of polarizers, retarders, and high-speed optical shutters to enable new capabilities in custom and commercial microscopes.
