Founded in 1989, Biotrial is a full service CRO, involved in both clinical and non-clinical research. Biotrial provides solutions from Preclinical to Clinical studies, bringing a wealth of expertise to the study feasibility and design process. Biotrial develops translational methods to support CNS drug discovery. The development of EEG recording in freely-moving animals is an achievement illustrating interactions between Biotrial’s non-clinical and clinical scientist with applications in CNS safety (sleep, seizure liabilities) or pharmacology (neurodegenerative & psychiatric diseases). Biotrial also offers innovative in vivo models of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease and continues to advance its research in the field of neurodegeneration.
