The Lower Family has been involved in the meat processing business for four generations. Our company began in the
1920’s, located in Richmond, UT, and still remains a family-owned and operated business. We process a full range of
premium protein items from beef, pork, and poultry in our Double L Ranch Deli Craft, Smoke Craft, Carvers Craft
and Nature’s Craft labels. We are proud to be a Certified Angus Beef Brand® Processor.
We are an Allergen Free facility and maintain separate raw and cooked processing facilities for food safety. Our
facility is completely allergen, gluten, MSG free which prevents the possibility of allergen contamination related
issues. All items are reduced or low sodium. Most of our open roasted items are trimmed to qualify as 96- 97% Fat
Free. Our Roast Beef items are binder free. All smoked Pastrami and BBQ items are naturally hardwood
smoked; no artificial smoke added. We open oven roast all our main line products for old fashioned flavor and
appearance.
