In the year 1999 Dutch Waffle Company was set up and July 2019, we finally got a “go” from the U.S. Consulate to start Dutch Waffle Company.
We sold our house, boarded a plane, set up our company from the equity of the house and started selling stroopwafels straigh after.
Today, Dutch Waffle Company has grown into a business with multiple Stroopwafel products in thousands of stores nationwide.

We are the founders of classic and gluten free No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust, which we deliver in pouches and bulk for bakeries and restaurants. The stroopwafel crumbs are pre-flavored and quick & easy to use for pie crusts, deserts, toppings etc. For example to be found in the baking aisle at all Meijer Stores and a large amount of Sprout stores.
We deliver from small business to big box stores and offer private label as well. We are always open for dicussions and love to work with our customers wishes.

For me, Stroopwafels are a taste of home. They’re an easy treat to savor, to share, and to take on-the-go. I’m just as excited to share Stroopwafels with friends and family now as I was back in the 90s, but now, I don’t have to bring them over in a suitcase. I get to sell Stroopwafel products made fresh in North America, so you get to enjoy the treat as it was meant to taste.
