Bernardo Hernández, S.L. is a Spanish family-owned company, today at fourth generation, dedicated for almost 100 years to the breeding of 100% Iberico free-range pigs and the production of top and most internationally recognised cured products, the 100% Iberico pork products. We control the whole production process of our 100% Iberico pigs, that is to say, from the birth of the piglets in our own farms, their feeding, improvement of the breed until their commercialisation. And always looking after the welfare of our animals and the environment. All this effort have allowed us to produce the most awarded ham in the world and to have an international recognition by working in more than 45 countries.
