The history of our brand dates back to 1960 when couple formed by Dolores García and Jaime Palacios opened a family butcher's shop in Albelda de Iregua (Spain), from which Palacios Group would be born.
Since then, we have evolved and grown to a number of different factories in Spain, UK, and Miami, with different product categories like chorizo, pizza, Spanish omelet, vegan products and desserts.
- Palacios is our leading brand for imported Spanish chorizo, pizzas and omelets. All made in Spain.
- Quijote brand is our most recognized chorizo in the Southeast region of US since 1983, made in Miami.
- San Martin desserts, our brand for desserts is made in Spain.
