Jorge, owner and alma matter of our winery, arrived in 2001 to this unexplored valley in the province of La Rioja. A place at 1,720 meters (5.500 feet), with ancient soils with silt and rocks, in a non-traditional area because it was considered too cold for wines. Today our wines are of great personality, but it has also become an integral project that involves a social objective since the town had less than 100 inhabitants at the beginning of the winery and today its population has increased fivefold thanks to the return of young people who have a future. The condor present in our logo, as the king of the Andes, greatly represents this wild, silent and magical landscape producing some of the best wines from Cuyo region.
