Lupus and Allied Diseases Association Lupus Community
The Lupus and Allied Diseases Association Lupus Community is a collaboration of various patient advocacy organizations who provide advocacy, education, and awareness programs to improve patient lives and is comprised of Lupus and Allied Diseases Association, Inc. (LADA), LupusChat, Lupus Foundation of New England (LFNE), Lupus Society of Illinois (LSI), Michigan Lupus Foundation, Colors of Lupus Nevada (COLN), Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) and US Pain Foundation. This effort is sponsored by LADA, a national non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life by engaging and empowering individuals impacted by lupus and diseases of unmet need to become proactive in their care. LADA is a passion-driven charity led by people with lupus and their loved ones who work to ensure that the patient stakeholder is included as an equal participant in the healthcare, regulatory and public policy arenas and across the research continuum. It is our goal to improve access to care and quality of life by fostering collaboration among stakeholders, promoting unity in the community, and wielding the patient and care partner voice as a catalyst to advance innovative advocacy, education, awareness and biomedical research initiatives.
