All exhibitors are required submit proof of insurance. Each exhibitor must have and maintain general liability and worker’s compensation coverage at $1,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of the event. Military and Government entities must submit documentation on your  agency letterhead indicating that you are self-insured.
AUSA, its Board, members, staff and representatives, Sheraton Waikiki and GES, all directors, members, officers, agents, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries must be listed as additional insureds.
