Cancellation/Space Reduction Policy 

Any exhibitor who cancels or reduces their booth space is eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:

• On or before March 3, 2023: full refund, less the 10% non-refundable deposit.

• March 4 - April 28: 50% refund, minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.

• April 29 and after: NO REFUNDS
