All exhibitors are required submit proof of insurance. Each exhibitor must have and maintain general liability and worker’s compensation coverage at $1,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of the event. Military and Government entities must submit documentation on your  agency letterhead indicating that you are self-insured.
Association of the United States Army, its Board, members, staff and representatives, GES, the Washington Convention Center and Sports Authority t/a Events DC, its Board of Directors, officers and employees, and the District of Columbia must be listed as additional insured.
