The Army First Stop Program seeks to maximize the National Diversity Veteran Small Business (NDVSB) eMarketplace, also known as the Army FIRST STOP Program to provide products and services offered by US based suppliers that are local to the base, designated as a small business, and have various socioeconomic statuses. Once mandatory sources have been reviewed, the Army GPC holder must screen the Army FIRST STOP Program before purchasing on the commercial open market.
