InQuik has a very unique system for building concrete bridges and shelters, where they provide pre-fabricated components with only formwork and reinforcement. The components weigh only 10% of the weight of a pre-cast concrete element, they are self-supporting and they are simply placed onsite and filled with concrete. The internal reinforcement supports the weight of the wet concrete, where no propping is required. Permanant structures can be built in a matter of days, rather than months.
We remove logistics challenges, due to the system being light weight (10% of the weight of concrete components). The components are already pre-fabricated, engineered and certified, removing skilled labour requirements. They are self supporting, removing the requirement for onsite propping and formwork. Maintenance is also removed, where they system is designed for 100+ year service life with little to no maintenance. Resilient in the event of heavy loading/flooding etc.
The systems are capable of carrying excessive loads, and designed as permenant structures.
