About PCT Korea Center
As a member of the IP5, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) continuously strives for excellence in all matters relating to intellectual property worldwide.
In order to best assist its U.S. Patent Cooperation Treaty clients, KIPO has operated the PCT Korea Center (IP Korea Center Inc.) in the United States since 2009.
PCT Korea Center and the PCT Help Desk provide direct services for all U.S. PCT applicants who designate KIPO as their International Searching Authority
and/or International Preliminary Examining Authority (ISA/IPEA).
The PCT Help Desk provides support to KIPO’s clients in the International Phase (Chapter I and II) of the PCT procedure.
Our Help Desk's support includes assistance with: direct communication with KIPO, submission of PCT and/or intermediate documents, KIPO's online PCT ISA Portal, payment processing, and general PCT inquiries.
