The AUTM Foundation promotes initiatives that benefit AUTM and the entire tech transfer profession. One of its most successful programs is the Technology Transfer Training (T3) Program.  This highly successful initiative has launched dozens of tech transfer careers all across the globe. Each year top candidates are selected as AUTM Fellows to receive a host of early career training, including access to AUTM's entire library of webinars, a carefully curated list of courses, AUTM membership, and, of course, attendance at AUTM's annual meeting.
