Display space is assigned at the discretion of Show Management based upon a number of varying factors, including arrival time, venue conditions, payment date, etc. There is no guarantee on booth location.

EXHIBITOR SHOW SPECIALS INFORMATION
Are you planning a show special/discount, a hands-on demo, or maybe a celebrity appearance? If so, let us know in advance and we can share the details in our social media and on our website. All submissions shared on Bonnier Social Media on a first-come first-serve basis. Submit Today!
PARKING: Two parking passes will be issued for the first 10’ of space. One additional parking pass will be issued for each additional 10’ of booth frontage thereafter, not to exceed four (4) passes per location.
ONSITE DELIVERIES: If you shipped any packages to the venue for your booth area, please email Exhibitor Services at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can coordinate with the venue on delivery your shipments to your booth or to our show management office for you to pick up.

Payment made within 15 days prior to the event must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier’s check, and payable to: Bonnier Corporation. No exceptions.
VENDOR CREDENTIALS AND PARKING PASSES
Per the contractual agreement, vendor credentials are assigned based on booth size and distributed upon show move-in. Four (4) weekend credentials will be issued for the first 10’ of booth frontage. Two (2) weekend credentials will be issued for each 10’ of booth frontage thereafter. Two (2) complimentary parking passes will be issued for first 10’ of booth frontage. One (1) additional parking pass will be issued for each additional 20’ of booth frontage thereafter.
If you have not yet submitted your Certificate of Liability Insurance, please note the following: All vendors must carry $1,000,000 liability insurance and it must name: Bonnier Corporation, 480 N Orlando Ave #236, Winter Park, FL 32789. Please e-mail to Exhibitor Services Team. Vendors will not be permitted to set-up without proof of this insurance.
