Educated in Architectural Engineering with a degree from Southern Polytechnic State University, David worked for more than 20 years in the construction industry as the owner of a commercial general contractor business before beginning his work with Chick-fil-A.
In 2003, he began working with the Facilities Management group as an independent field consultant. Seven years later, he joined the corporate Chick-fil-A staff and began leading the Facilities Management team.
In November of 2021, David stepped into his current role as Officer VP Restaurant Development Services Operations. He is responsible for leading, directing, and setting strategy for Restaurant Development Operations.
Married for more than three decades to wife Lori, they are the proud parents of three boys, Parker, Preston and Davis. David likes to spend his free time sailing, fishing, and serving on NGO boards.
